Estimates. Any figure given before an on-site inspection is an approximation. Final pricing is confirmed in person, before work begins.

Scheduling. A request submitted through the assistant or by phone is not a confirmed appointment until our dispatch team confirms a visit window with you.

Parts and lead times. Insulated glass units, custom panels, and full door units are ordered to measurement; lead times depend on the supplier.
